Where do you ship to?

Ameliora currently ships exclusively within the USA

How long will my order take?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our team. We ship all orders within 72 hours of purchase, so you won't have to wait long to see just what makes our clothing so special. With any questions, please drop us a line at shipping@ameliora.com and we'll take good care of you.

Do you offer free returns and exchanges?

Yes! We offer free returns and exchanges.

Unless the item is marked as final sale, in which case it cannot be returned.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept unworn and unaltered items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. If you would like to return your garment, please email returns@ameliora.com to request a return label. You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment within five business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Unless the item is marked as final sale, in which case it cannot be returned.

What if need another size or style?

Pending inventory, we'll happy exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on ameliora.com, provided the original tags are attached. Please contact exchanges@ameliora.com with your desired exchange details within 21 days of receiving the item. As soon as we receive your items and exchange form, we will process and ship your order.

Can I return a final sale item?

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are offered at special pricing and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
